Questions gyms ask us
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel from your billing page at any time. Your data stays yours and you can export it.
What do my members pay?
Whatever you charge them. GymTribe bills the gym a flat monthly fee. Member payments go to your Stripe account, with card processing fees only.
Can I cancel a membership for a member?
Yes. Pause, cancel or change any member's plan from their profile. Refunds go through the same page.
How do you move us over?
Send us an export from your current system, or a spreadsheet. We load members, plans and the timetable and check it with you before anyone is invited.
Do we need the branded app?
No. Every gym works in the browser and in the GymTribe app from day one. The branded app on Professional puts your name and icon on the App Store and Google Play.
Can members book without an account?
Not yet. Members create an account with one link, and can use a guest pass if you offer one for a first visit.
